Athletes F.A.Q

When should I report to the Call Room?
Athletes must report to Call Room 1 (indicated on the map) strictly on time. Allow 20 minutes before the start of the event for track events, and 40 minutes before for field events (jumps and throws). Any delay may result in denied participation.
What are the catering hours?
All meals are served at the Campanile Prime Hotel.

  • Breakfast: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
  • Lunch: 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM
  • Dinner (post-meeting): from the end of the event until midnight.
Where is the warm-up area?
An outdoor warm-up track (indicated by number 5 on the stadium map) is entirely dedicated to athletes. Access is strictly controlled and reserved for accredited individuals.
Where do the doping controls take place?
The doping control room is located inside the main complex, right next to the locker rooms. We remind all athletes to keep an official ID with them on competition day.
